What did the client tell us?
He sent us a clear message with photos and videos. This is what he told us:
- Water was dripping from the living room ceiling and lights
- The dripping stopped when he turned the living room AC off

Why did we repair the curtains and not replace them?
Because they did not need replacing. A small repair fixed both curtains. We only change a part when it really needs changing. This saves our clients money.
Why did the thermostat matter?
The master bedroom AC was working but the temperature did not change. The thermostat was not showing any change. So we replaced it. A thermostat that does not read right can make an AC run badly even when the rest of the unit is fine. Many people think such an AC needs gas but sometimes it is a small part.
How long did it take?
We finished all the work in 2 days. Doing the AC work first and the ceiling repair after is the right order. If you repair a ceiling while the leak is still there the new paint will get wet again.
