What did the client ask for?
He sent us a clear list:

- 3 hangers to fix on the wall
- Paint for part of a wall
- TV hanging, and he already had the brackets and screws
He also told us something we liked to hear. He wrote that he tried the work with his own drill but it was too weak. A lot of people do this first. Hanging shelves on a hard wall needs the right drill and the right drill bit. A weak drill can make a bad hole or no hole at all.
What about the TV?
He asked us if we hang TVs. He also said that if the wall behind the TV could be touched up, he might not need a mount. He first thought of mounting the TV to hide the back of it. Our team reached on time. They called the client from the lobby as he asked. He came down and took them up to the apartment. Then our team started the work.
They worked with care and kept the apartment clean. They finished the work on his list. They checked each shelf and hanger to make sure it was firm and straight before they left.
How did the client pay?
Before the job he told us he would not pay in cash. He wanted to pay by card or bank transfer. We gave him our bank account details. After the work was complete he paid by bank transfer. We like it when the client tells us his payment method before the visit. It keeps the end of the job simple.

He was very happy with the work. Some clients do not have time to write a review. They just give stars. He was one of them. He did not write any feedback on Google but he gave us a 5 star rating by himself. We did not ask him to do this.

Yes you can. A few things make the work easier.
How to hang a shelf on the wall
- Find out what your wall is made of. Concrete walls need a hammer drill and a masonry bit. A normal drill is often too weak, like the client found out
- Mark the holes. Hold the shelf bracket on the wall and mark each hole with a pencil
- Check with a level. A shelf that is a little off will look wrong
- Check behind the wall. Make sure there is no pipe or wire where you will drill
- Use the right wall plugs. Pick plugs that match the drill hole and the weight of the shelf
- Do not overload. Keep heavy items on lower shelves
How to touch up a wall
- Clean the wall with a dry cloth
- Fill small holes and let the filler dry
- Sand the spot lightly until it is smooth
- Use the same paint color if you have some left
- Paint a little beyond the spot so the edge does not show
